This is a world wide thing going on with Samsung. Every retailer is having issues. Forums all over the place are blowing up over it.

Ok great to hear.....I am in kind of the same boat, I have no issues with waiting, but rather being not informed or given the run-around has been extremely frustrating. Thanks for the quick response
