I went to my local Best Buy yesterday while I was doing my Store Pickup and asked them to help me troubleshoot my phone. Everytime I place a call peope say I sound like I'm in a fish bowl or I sound like I'm in a tunnel. I have troubleshooted my phones mic by doing a couple of sound recorder tests and it worked fine I did not sound like people have told me. I tried to get 611 to help me troubleshoot but I was on hold for hours and when I got someone she said I sounded like I was breaking up. I don't think my phone is defective, but what is with the signal? I have plenty of bars on my phone.
