I'm trying to switch over to AT&T's prepaid plan and was looking at the iPhone SE and iPhone 6. I read reviews on both phones that all prepaid iPhones at Best Buy were refurbished (despite that fact not being stated anywhere in the descriptions). Is this true? I'd really appreciate your help!

Greetings helplease,
Welcome to our forums! All of our products sold online and instore are brand new unless specified. On our website the products header should include refurbished verbiage. When purchasing in store open box items should marked appropriately with a red sticker.
I hope this has been helpful and if you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to respond!

Javier is correct!
Keep in mind, there will never be a refurbished model for prepaid device. All Prepaid device in Best Buy store and BestBuy.com are all brand new and locked to its carrier.
Any refurbished phone model will be considered unlocked/universal depending on model. But never a prepaid!
