Hi there,

I Pre-ordered the Lumia 920 last night and I heard that they pulled it from the website. I want to be sure that there isn't an issue other than it sold-out. Also, I'm seeing on my order status that it says backordered and will ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Does that mean that even though I pre-ordered, I will still have to wait  one or two weeks after the release date? Any insight would be great. Thanks.

I'm sorry for all of the confusion. As long as there are no delays in relese, we expect to be able to start fulfilling pre-orders placed on our website on launch day in the order that they were received. There are a small number of customers in your shoes that placed a pre-order on BestBuy.com before the pre-orders became unavailable, but we are well aware and will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
