Thanks for joining and reaching out in our forums community. We understand you may want to switch carriers. Network locks need to be unlocked by the carrier. If your carrier is one that Best Buy partner with, we may be able to provide assistance. Just note that you need all passwords and account information. This can be a lengthy process and general suggest you doing this in the comfort of your own home.
