I tried to purchase a Samsung Flip 4 to replace my husband's old IPhone 6s on Sept 3, 2022. I tried to purchase it online, but about 1 hr after purchasing it I received an email saying the order had been cancelled. The order was for the phone and a finance agreement through Verizon. I went to the store and purchased the phone and paid the full retail value. I then went to Verizon to have it activated, as Best Buy said they could not activate it. Today I received my first bill from Verizon after switching the phones. They are charging me the $22 per month for the phone, per the agreement attached to the phone on the order that was cancelled. I called Verizon, they said that Best Buy needs to cancel the agreement since I never got the phone I ordered, and have now paid full price for the phone on our account. Best Buy says they show it was cancelled. I have literally been on the phone all day dealing with this, as well as going to both Best Buy and Verizon stores. No one will help. I know that Best Buy shows in their system that the order was cancelled, but obviously Verizon did not get the cancellation. I need talk to someone who can get that finance agreement cancelled. What can I do? HELP! I won't pay for a finance agreement when I purchased the phone out right!

Hi there, lindalynn8316,
Thanks for reaching out to us here on Best Buy Forums, although I wish it were under better circumstances. I can certainly understand your frustration with being charged a finance agreement for a cancelled item.
I would be happy to look into this closer and assist however possible. To get started, kindly send me a DM with your full name, phone number, and email address, along with your order number.
