I tried to do an Bestbuy online upgrade order on Jan 26th, but that order was cancelled immediately due to payment verification failure
From then, I COULD NEVER be able to do Bestbuy phone upgrade anymore. Each time, the Bestbuy system would say there is an pending order, which prevents me from any new phone upgrade order.
I called Bestbuy 800 number three times, and I went to Bestbuy store, and all I was told is that the order was cancelled.
I contact my carrier, and I was told that my carrier could see there is a PENDING/TEMPORARY sim card order hanging in their system, but it can only be cancelled by Bestbuy.
my carrier even gives me the order number, which I believe is for the internal system between carrier and Bestbuy , and it is BBY_09600960xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (24 numbers in total after BBY_)
Can you someone help me to cancel that pending order?
