Thanks for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums regarding your phone. and I can understand your concerns. My best suggestion would be to work with your carrier towards getting the phone to activate. You could bring it into a Best Buy store to have a mobile associate see what they can do, but the carrier really is your best bet.
