In regards to this offer, eligible customers who have purchased an Apple Watch from us any time between 9/15/20 and 12/13/20 should receive an email from us when the service launches on Dec. 14, with the code to start their free trial. For more information about this offer, please see our website, here. 

If you are referring to the two month free trial for My Best Buy members, please visit this link to receive your code! This offer is valid for My Best Buy members only and is available for a limited time. Apple Fitness+ automatically renews after trial until cancelled.

Got my code but cannot redeem it - web address from email (fitness.apple.com/redeem) leads to error page "the server cannot be found", so I cannot redeem the code.

Tried to chat with support - the agent Tushar {removed per forum guidelines} told me to go to the store and hang up on me! For what? For wrong link in email from BestBuy?
