All phones on Best Buy's website are in US dollars and are assumed that you will be using them in the USA as there is no international capability.

 

You can purchase a phone for a family or friend by using the instructions here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/international-orders/pcmcat204400050019.c?id=pcmcat20440005...

 

Other restrictions apply for international orders as well.

The answer is all opinion based. 

 

 

I have owned Samsung and Google Pixel Android phones.  Each one better than the last. 

 

However, I was most pleased with the Google Pixel.
