I have a long history of both retail sales and computer tech support. I worked first at a community college as an assistant teacher for their A+ Certification program. I taught students how to repair computers, as well as did all of the troubleshooting for 50+ computers at that lab. Next I worked as an IT professional at Lakeshore RV, and then took a job at their competitor as a network manager for 5 locations across Michigan. After working myself out of a job and in a bad job market I worked for Circuit City for a year as a Firedog. Realizing their ship was sinking I left their company a year and two months before they closed their doors.
I now work at Best Buy as a Customer Assistant and am going back to school to finish my degree so I can start a career that will last.
