sansa clip vs Ipod Nano

I am debating between the two.  Other than the extra memory, and the touch screen, why should I spring for the extra $100?

Personally, I have a Fuze 4GB. I bought it purely for music while I work out and it's a simple lightweight little thing, so if I were looking for a new one, I'd go with another Sansa, but that's just me.
