Yes if you buy a new one. No store will replace a lost or stolen device. Even if you have the Black Tie Protection plan. That plan is for repairs only and does not cover loss or theft. Sorry.
----------ALWAYS check your purchased items for damage before leaving the store. If you never leave the store and check it in front of a employee it removes all doubt that you might have damaged the item.----------

You can file a claim with your homeowner's/renter's/etc insurance as they would be the ones to cover theft.
