i bought a ipod nano and i also got the 1 year warrenty with it. lately the ipod is always freezing and wont turn off i have to wait till the power runs out then it would turn off. and sometimes when i plug it in to my computer it freeze the computer. i was wondering if i can return or exchange it for a new one. the problem is that i lost the orginal earphones that came with the ipod. so i was wondering can i still exchange? or do i HAVE to have the orginal earphones that came with the ipod?

First off, I am sorry to hear about your ipod. It's never fun when your toys break! Now, normally you do need all parts to do a return. Since this is a return due to a defect I would recommend calling the store and checking. Some stores, but not all, will make exceptions to that rule when it is a replacement. I don't want to tell you yeah sure no worries, and when you get to the store they tell you no. In my dealings with other stores, I have noticed that many have ways of doing things in that store. I hope this helps alittle. And good luck witht the ipod!

You say "got the one year warranty." BB doesn't offer a one year GSBTP plan, so I'm guessing you're referring to the mfg. warranty that's included with the device.
Your local BB should be able to send it out for repair. However, they would most likely not be able to exchange it, as you have a 30 day exchange policy on that item. In addition, you do need all the included accessories. Some stores may be willing to cannibalize packages, but that is up to them.
