my ipod has a cracked screen and is really overheating, is there anyway you guys could fix it. I have another ipod and it wont let me update its software anyway someone could help me update it

1st part : If you don't have BTP on it, you're honestly going to be better going through Apple for it to be repaired.

2nd part : You can try restoring it, but that's the best guess I have without seeing it.
