Hey. I have a quick question. Last year i purchesed an ipod nano 4th gen from best buy and bought the 2 years warrenty and last week my ipod nano broke so today i went to best buy and exchanged it for a brand new ipod nano 5th gen. Im jsut wondering if i can bring in the 5th gen ipod nano and like add in some money and trade it for an ipod touch. If the ipod nano is already open can i still do that? or does it have to be brand new sealed?
Thanks.

You should be able to do that. It can be open.

Yes you can. I did it, but the other way around. It would be better if you return the iPod Nano get your money back then buy the iPod Touch. But, I recommend you to stay with your Nano. If you have a computer and a game console you don't need the iPod touch. There are just a few apps that are fine, but after a while they're just boring. It's too expensive, it doesn't have a camera and no radio, the Nano does. So think about it.
