iPod touch black tie warranty

I have a two year warranty on an 8 GB iPod Touch 2nd generation. The warranty is still in effect and I wanted to know if I can exchange my ipod for another one with more memory and pay the difference. I'm looking to get a 3rd generation 32 GB iPod Touch.

The GSBTP plan you have covers your iPod from dust, heat, humidity, mfg. defects, power surge, and normal wear and tear. It may cover it from accidental damage as well. It is a service plan, not an extended return policy.
