iPod touch 4 crashing

Ok, so I bought my iPod touch 4 back in July with the bundle and the 2 year warranty. It was great and everything until now...I'm getting disappointed with this product. Some stuff that keeps happening is: -losing Internet connection continuously -it loads up the music screen super slow and if I turn it to the side, it freezes and I have force it to shut off -a lot of my up to date apps are crashing That's just some stuff that's happening with my iPod touch Oh yeah, I also dropped it a few times and lemme know what I could do about it and if the 2 year warranty covers my iPod. Thanks, Your happyasianguy

Re: iPod touch 4 crashing

Yes the 2 year plan covers it. It only covers drops if you have accidental coverage. You can bring in your ipod, they will evaluate it and if the plan covers its issues, they will send yours out and get you a refurbished one, normally in 3-7 business days.

You should make sure all that is backed up to your computer or to iCloud or preferably to both
