Correct, When I took the touch to the store yesterday, I was told that at the time I purchased it..which was 14 months ago, the plan did not cover adh. The clerk told me that BB just recently implemented adh to cover the ipod touches. I didn't catch the time frame of when they implemented this, but I heard the word months ago. My wife, who was the purchaser of this touch, vehemently told me that drops were covered because that is what the clerk, at the time of purchase, told her, which is why she purchased the BTP in the first place.
Still waiting for my FOAD email. I'm sure you can figure out what FOAD means. If not, I'll spell it out to you.

Hey Nokia - you still out there? Remember me? Check this out: I just got off the phone with Best Buy because I received an automated message stating that they needed to speak to me about my iPhone coverage. So I called and guess what? Shock of shocks - Best Buy NEVER CANCELLED MY COVERAGE. Nope, they cancelled my daughter's Xenon, the cheaper of the two warranties instead. Now how in the heck did CSR Ruby get the $6.95 fee confused with the $15 a month fee? It's amazing to me how Best Buy treats their customers and their sketchy practices... The very nice CSR Desaray said she would "try to issue a refund and reinstate the Xenon." Mighty generous of them.
