I was walking to my car with my iPod in my pocket and I didn't realize it fell out of my pocket when I got in the car so I called the place I was at and they said they found my iPod in the parking lot..... but someone ran over it. Can I get a replacement for free? Or do I have to pay...? My iPod still works but my screen is HORRIBLY cracked. Help???

Did u purchase the Geek Squad warranty with accidental handling? If so they should be able to get you a refurbished replacement. If not your only option is to take it to a Apple store and see if its possible to replace the screen. Sometimes its not possible due to more extensive damage to the rest of the housing.

I don't have the Geek Squad warranty but I have the 1 year warranty and I got it last year at about this time.   Plus my cousin did the same thing and when he took it to best buy they replaced it for zero cost and he had no warranty. Is it possible that'll happen to me?

Highly doubtful though you can always try. The 1 year warranty does not cover damage like that. The 1 year warranty only covers against manufacturing defects.

Just chiming in to confirm that physical damage isn't covered, and 99% that they won't replace it for you.
