ive done my research and have decided on this mp3 player. 

I will be purchasing two of these sometime between now and christmas.  and i wanted to know if anyone has ever seen them go on sale ? or knows about any price drop for them maybe for black friday?

if no, ill just buy now so i dont risk them being out of stock for xmas

I seriously doubt you will them drop in price anytime soon. Even for the holidays, with a new item they will ride the current price until sales start to fall off then lower it. And holiday season like this is a prime example on why they wont lower the price. No one can say for sure now there wont maybe be a VERY slight price break for black friday but since no one knows what is going in those ads except for the ads leaked early or those who actually create the ads. No one on these forums could tell you for sure they will or will not be on someones black friday ad. But i would not hold my breath.

They are new and premium products so there will be no price drop until sometime next year. Probably during the Summer sales period or Winter holiday sales.

I have one and I think it was worth the price. I agree with the other posters though and do not see this happening anytime in the near future.
