I just recently bought a White iPod touch and when I was checking out I got asked if I wanted the accidental warranty plan on the ipod.... I was stupid and said no. I found out iPod screens crack easy I saw my friends crack! So my question is can I still purchase the accidently warranty plan?

If you bought the ipod after Nov 13th and it is in like new condition yes.

I bought it December 22. How do I go about getting it?

You can buy it on the apple website, but it states no accidents or misuse or covered.

So ours is 1 week old today with a cracked screen as well, but I am thinking the coverage would be a waste - how do I prove it wasnt an accident?

It has nothing to do with apple. You would go to any best buy store and purchase it. Bring the ipod and the receipt if you have it.
