Selling Ipod

I bought my Ipod touch back in January but no longer want it anymore and I can't return it so I plan to sell it to my friend. I bought a 2 year warranty for it and didn't know if I could return the warranty or give it to him. What would I need to do to give the warranty  to my friend who is buying my Ipod?

Re: Selling Ipod

Maybe someone can fully answer your question as I am not sure about warranty transfers but you can return the warranty yourself and get a pro-rated portion of it back.

Yes you can, if I recall right, call 1888GEEKSQUAD and they can transfer it to his name.
