Sansa MP3 issues

I just bought a Sansa SanDisk and it came in today with everything. I've been trying to install it to my computer for over an hour and it won't do anything. I tried the disk and it refuses to do anything, and the mp3 will not turn on, even when I put in a fresh battery. Should I get it fixed? I had one before and it never did this...so maybe I got a bad one? :smileysad:

Re: Sansa MP3 issues

If you're within the return period, just take it back for another one. If it won't even turn on, it's defective.

Unfortunately, that's the bad luck of any electronic, there's going to be bad Apples... wait that's a horrible pun.
