hi guys, sorry if this is an old question but i couldn't find the answer here. i just got an iPod touch for christmas (a late gift actually, i got it about 2 weeks ago) and it's great and works fine but after using it a little i really think i should step up to the 16gb version.
so my question is, since i've already used it can i actually exchange it and pay cash for the difference?? i have the receipt and it is in perfect cosmetic and working condition.
thanks in advance guys!!

Hello Bob,
If you have the receipt and all of the materials and accessories that came in the box, you may return the iPod. Even though you have your receipt, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for return under the Holiday return policy, the iPod must have been purchased between 11/1/2008 and 12/24/2008.
I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please let me know!
