My IPod lock button barely works and when I try to lock my IPod it won't work I still have insurance but can I take it to Best Buy and get another one? or will it take my insurance off?

If you don't have your original receipt (which you'll need when you go in for service), the store associates at the Customer Service desk should be able to look up your receipt information for you and print you a new copy.

Oh okay thank you! But would the color the iPod still be the same? & it isn't going to take off my insurance if the lock button won't work right?

The color of your iPod should still be the same. As I said previously, your Geek Squad Black Tie Protection will continue as long as the problem with the lock button is due to defect. If it has been damaged, your service plan may be fulfilled. Geek Squad will be able to address these questions for you too when you visit.
