MP4 Player that play .MP4 files.

I would assume this question has been posted before...Looking for a device that will accepted MP4 files (which are a combination audio/video file) similar to AVI and WMV files...I finding hundreds on ebay "posted as" MP4, purchased 1, and asked seller about theirs, and all replies are they dont play MP4...THAT MAKES SENCE! If not a false ad.

Are there devices that actually do play MP4 files...I have MP4 files that are very large in size and run for 2-3 hours in length.

ANY HELP.
