I recently cracked the screen on my 8 gigabyte Ipod Touch, and I really want a repair. Is there any way I can get it fixed.(I have no warranty)

Of course. Bring it in to your local GS Precinct and they can send it out for an estimate for a nonrefundable $35 diagnosis fee. If you choose to go through with the repairs, the fee will be applied to the repair cost.

What is a GS Precinct?

The Geek Squad dept. inside your local BB.

Another option would be to find a local Apple Store if one is in your area. If there is one available in your area make a appointment through apple.com/retail and go there. In most cases there is no sending your phone off they will replace it right there. Sometimes they will tell you to come back in 2 or 3 hours to pick it up or they will change it out right there at that time. All depends on how many customers they have in the store and some cases where they will have to send it off or tell you to come back in a few days as they are out of replacement screens.

He was talking about an iPod, not an iPhone.
In any event, you're going to have to pay for the repair out of pocket. Just a heads up, from what I've heard, screen replacements run about $130.

Yes I know he was talkign the iPod touch but the Genius bar can still replace the screens on them in house. I have had it done before myself. But like you said he will have to pay for the cost of the screen and service still which costed me about 150.

To schedule at appointment with the "Genius Bar" click here, select your local store and then click the "Reserve" link under the "Genius Bar" logo.

Even with a PSP Best Buy would not replace it! Beware and don't buy their service plans because they don't want to honor them.
