Ipod touch app store problem!!

my app store on my itouch is gone!!  my i touch was low on battery and then it died so the i charged it back up and now my app store is gone!! i tried restoring it to its original settings on itunes but it didnt help, my app store is still gone!!  

 

WHAT DO I DO???

Are you sure? It doesn't make any sense that the icon would disappear. Are you sure it's not just on a different page?
