A couple days ago, my ipod touch (1st generation) had scratches on the inside of the screen.  Can Best Buy repair this, or is it too old? (i also have no warranty)

you should probably take it to the apple store instead of going back to best buy

it will make things much more legitimate as you'll be dealing with the maker itself
