Without seeing it, I couldn't offer my opinion, so it will be up to the discretion of the employee. Usually, if I see dents or cracks, I will deny the claim.

If the cosmetic damage is not causing the unit to perform the way it should be then it should not be an issue.
If the cosmetic damage did cause the unit to become defective then there's a larger chance they will not replace it.
If there's any accidental/impact damage that caused the unit not to work then the PRP is VOID.

Howdy Justin,
As a point of clarification, that a Performance Service Plan (PSP), Product Replacement Plan (PRP) or Geek Squad Black Tie Protection (GSBTP) plan is "voided" if it doesn't cover the problem is a misnomer. The plan is not voided, it simply doesn't offer coverage for the issue, such as neglectful damage. The purchaser of a protection plan is entitled to a pro rata refund of the plan if they do not wish to continue the coverage by paying for the repair or if a replacement cannot be provided.
