iPods & MP3 players

Wanted to buy the new Creative MP3 player just to find out you don't carry them. How is that possible? It's a major company with great MP3 Players. Will have to start shopping at J&R from now on. You have lost a customer and an IT who regularly referred clients to you. J&R from now on unless I hear you have changed this ridiculous situation.

I am interested in the Zen X-fi 32 gigs. also sent several clients to purchase it here, which is how I found out it wasn't available. 

Also all other current models, the Zen MX and the Mosaic.

This unit was recently released. I would watch BestBuy.com for the new Creative line to pop up in the next couple of weeks, just in time for the holiday shopping season. I cannot guarantee we will carry it but I know your feedback is getting to the right people.

As long as people keep buying discartable mp3 playes with few features and which break in 6 months ( ipo....cough) because they are fads, that is a sad reality. There is still a market for good, solid machines though. It's just a matter of  people getting over the fad and start buying products that last and are built to be pleasurable to use. Markets change overnight. Remember when the Sony walkman was all the rage?

As much as I dislike apple, you do realize the iPod has been going strong since 2003, right? Creative has stooped to churning out as many models as possible. I used to like them, but now they suck. My next DAP will be a Sandisk.

Best Buy does not and will not carry creative MP3 players. Apple threatened Best Buy to stop carrying Zen or they wouldn't sell iPod to Best Buy. This was Apple's BS response to Creative's Zen Touch that came out a few years ago which Apple felt was too similar to their product, which is crap in my opinion. The company I work for would never give into stupid threats like that so I have to say that I am disappointed in both Apple and Best Buy.
