I bought an Ipod Touch in November and the wifi has stopped working. Is there a way I can exchange it for a working one? I still have the reciept from when I bought it.

I'm sorry to hear that your iPod Touch is having wifi trouble. Best Buy®'s return period for your product is 30 days so we wouldn't be able to offer you an exchange. However, we can offer you service under the manufacturer's warranty or under Geek Squad® Black Tie Protection if you purchased it. All you have to do is visit the Geek Squad® counter at your local store and they'll be able to assist!
