Hi, i bought an ipod 4th gen 8gb ipod at best buy a week ago, i knew 8gb would be little, but im actually able to use only 6gb because of the software and apple's apps. So i wonder if can exchange the ipod to a 32gb and pay the difference, the ipod has very tiny scratches in the back.

Unfortunately the scratches constitutes as physical damage and Best Buy cannot sell the iPod back as "Brand New" so you are stuck with this product unfortunately little scratches or not.
The return policy for merchandise can also be read here:

You would be better served selling your iPod on any of the websites that sp[ecialize in buying used personal electronics. Forum guidelines forbid my posting links, but google is your friend. Best Buy will give you less than half of what you will get on these other sites, so buyer beware. If you want a fair price, don't go the Best BUy route for trade in. Sell it to one of the sites, and when you get your money, go to BB and buy the 32Gb.
