Cracked Screen

So...i got an ipod touch (4th generation) for X-mas last year...I was in an accident and it flew out the window and got cracked pretty bad...i was just curious if i brought it into the store could someone replace the screen..and if so how long would it take???

Only places that replace the screen on the spot is Apple Retail Stores. If you bought the Geek Squad Warranty with ADH from BB when you bought the ipod they will send it off for rapid exchange which takes between 3-7 business days. BB does not do any repairs to the iPods.

----------ALWAYS check your purchased items for damage before leaving the store. If you never leave the store and check it in front of a employee it removes all doubt that you might have damaged the item.----------

The protection plan wouldn't cover something flying out a window anyways.
