Beats by dr.dre (STUDIO)

Uh. I bought a Beats By Dr.Dre headphones a couple of months ago with a $30.00 warranty. i wanted to know if that warranty covers a small crack on the back? i still have the receipt and all the warranty informations.

If the crack is due to wear and tear then yes it is covered.

UHm yeah. but i called them and they told me the tear and wear was only for laptop? will they replace it tho?

If it impedes the functionality of the headphones yes. If it is simply cosmetic then probably not.

Yeaa. it's just the outside. so they will prolly not replace it so i'll just send it to monster. thanks for the help tho :smileyhappy:
