I bought my Beats by Dre Earbuds about 1 year ago, and they've been acting up quite a bit. I have no sound in the right earbud and I know I bought a two year extended warranty on them, but I can't find my information anywhere. Is there anything I can do to find it?
I'm disappointed to hear about the trouble with your Beats earbuds. I recommend carrying them in to your local Best Buy store. At the Customer Service desk, they should be able to help you locate your receipt and then assist you with getting the earbuds repaired or replaced. I hope this helps.
