The ear piece of my headphones popped off, but they are still under warranty i live in Germany. What do i need to do to get new ones if they are still under warranty?

are you talking about the ear part where it has the little net and the cushion ?

that thing is supposed to come out. I was trippin out when it first came out but you can twist it back on. kinda useless feature but i was relieved.
