I have seen info all over the web that Best Buy is offering the HTC Hero for $99.

What are the details?

Is it ONLY new customers, or can someone 'renew' their contract and get this price?

Can I buy one online, or do I need to go into a store?

Is this a 'limited time offer'?  If so, when is it over?

While I don't know the specifics, I would advise contacting 888 BEST BUY and asking for the Best Buy Mobile department. They'd be your best option to tell you about the pricing for that particular phone.
