I am unable to retrieve any video content from JW Broadcasting app. Audio works fine. Only issue is with video content. Please advise.

Thank you so much for posting to our community! I’m sorry to hear that your 24” TV isn’t displaying a picture when using the JW broadcasting app. I’d be happy to offer a few troubleshooting steps.
Can you please try to unplug your TV for a few minutes? Often times this will clear up any issues that may be present on your TV. Also, have you double check that your TV is up to date? Does this issue only present it's self only the one application?
