Xbox one and tvs

Hello,I am wondering if you tv's are compatible with a Xbox one. I'm looking into buying a insignia tv and I am just seeing if my Xbox one will work with it.
The tv I am looking to buy is a VIZIO D24f-f1 D-series 24" 1080p Chromecast Smart TV. Will this tv work with my Xbox one?

Re: Xbox one and tvs

Hello zraleigh,

Welcome to the Insignia Forum Community! I appreciate the time you’ve taken to post your question to us. I’d be happy to help you answer your question for you.

Can you please share what model number of Insignia TV you’re interested in? Your post only included a Vizio model number. Most Insignia TV should allow you to connect an Xbox One. However, to get the most of out of your Xbox One you should choose a TV that is at least 1080p and has 4K capabilities. We look forward to your reply to learn which Insignia model you’re interested in.

Kindly,

Mariah

Re: Xbox one and tvs

Hi zraleigh,

Thank you so much for your follow up question. As my previous response shared you’d actually want a TV that is at least 1080 p, but we recommend getting a 4K TV to get the best experience when connecting an Xbox One.

Kindly,

Hello zraleigh,

Can you please double check the link you shared with us? At this time the only BestBuy.com and BestBuy.ca are the only authorized retailers of Insignia Products.

Respectfully,

Re: Xbox one and tvs

zraleigh,

If the unit is truly 720p then I wouldn’t recommend it for your needs. Additionally, I’d reach out to the seller to seek clarification if this is a Vizio TV or an Insignia one. The product listing contains some very conflicting information.

If you're looking for a deal I'd recommend checking out the open-box Insignia inventory listed on BestBuy.com, or on Best Buy's official eBay page here

Kindly,

Re: Xbox one and tvs

Hello zraleigh,

Xbox’s website shares that 720p TV can work with an Xbox One, but I wouldn’t recommend it as the graphics and refresh rate may not be able to keep up with the games you’ll be playing. We always recommend a 1080p, or a 4K TV for gaming.

Kindly,
