Thank you for joining our Insignia Community for some help with your 32” TV. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues connecting to your wireless network. I appreciate the time you’ve taken out of your day to seek our advice!
Have you attempted to power cycle your 32” TV? You’re able to do this by unplugging your TV from power, and all the components. If that doesn’t resolve the issue I highly recommend resetting your TV back factory settings. You’re able to this by choosing Settings>System>Advanced system settings> Factory reset. Then you’d highlight Factory reset everything. To proceed with the full factory reset, use the on-screen number pad to enter the code displayed on the screen, and then select OK to proceed.
