My TV sometimes loses sound when I change chanels, regardless HD or Reg program. I tried checking Audio and switched Dolby Off then back ON and the sound disappeared. The model # is NS-55DNA1760HZ. Help please

Can you please double check that your connections in the back of your TV are securely plugged in, and none of the cords have kinks in them? Often times a loose connection, or a cord that’s pinched may cause the issue you’re seeing. If that doesn’t resolve the issue can you please share what components you have connected to your TV through which connections?
