Hello, so I've had my Insignia TV for a few years now and have never had any problems up until now. Just a couple of days ago, everything was going fine. The picture fit the screen perfectly and quality ws great. I come back today, and the picture is tiny with black bars on all sides and the quality is blurry. I have reset everything and still it won't change back. What could have happened to do this and how can I fix it?

Welcome to the Insignia Support Forum Community! Noticing that your TV isn’t displaying things as nicely as it used to is frustrating. Thanks for posting to our community for some troubleshooting help.
Can you please share what you’re watching? Are you watching an over-the-air channel? If you are the tower that the channel may be transmitted from may have changed. Aspect ratio is determined by the content that’s being displayed on your TV. I’d highly recommend power cycling your TV plus any components you have connected to it. You can do this by unplugging the TV from power plus unplugging all the connections you have connected to it. Then wait 5-10 minutes connect the TV to power first then connect back the components.
Please let me know if that doesn’t resolve the issue, and I’d be happy to offer some more troubleshooting advice. If it doesn’t work for you can you please share the model number of your TV?
