I work for a nursing home where in some cases we have 3 insignia TVs in the same room, but when changing channels or turning one on/off, it affects the other two, it is fix for that problem?

While I understand the complication you've encountered, it sounds like your TVs and remotes are functioning properly.
You may be able to restrict how the TVs are controlled by covering the remote control signal sensor on the TV or using the remote at extremely close range to the TV.
