Hello. On our NS-42E859A11 TV, the sound suddenly has stopped working.
In the last hour, were getting intermittent seconds of sound from a cable channel out of the TV speaker or Insignia sound bar. We've tried to get sound ouf of the DVD player and Netflix through FireStick TV, but no sound there either. We tried turning the audio from the TV speakers off and on. We tried changing the channel to a non-HD channel. We've restarted the TV and cable. We've checked all connections.
Any suggestions what's happened? Or did the sound component of the TV just die?
