Welcome to the Insignia Support Online Forum Community! I appreciate the time you’ve taken to post to our community to share your TV issue with us. I’d be happy to offer some troubleshooting advice.
Can you please try to power cycle your TV? I believe a display setting may have gotten messed up, and power cycling your TV may fix it.
You can power cycle by following the steps below:
-Unplug the power cord from the back of your TV
-Disconnect the cables between the TV and any connected device
-Allow the TV to sit unplugged for 1-2 minutes
-Plug the TV’s power cord back in, reconnect any other devices, and then turn them back on
