Whoops, this is the forum that covers computers & accessories. There is a seperate forum for TV related questions. My thought would be to unplug the TV from AC power for a few minutes, plug it back in and try again. Is there any difference when using a remote as opposed to any buttons on the TV itself?

What’s your TV’s model number? Can you please try to power cycle your TV? You’re able to do this by unplugging your TV from power, and all of the connected components for a few minutes. Please let us know if that doesn’t resolve the issue present, and I’d be happy to see if I can offer some additional troubleshooting advice for you.
