Thanks for posting to us again. I’m sorry to hear that you’re still having an issue with your TV.
Have you attempted to contact your cable provider to rule out an issue on their end? Also, does this problem present it’s self when you use your DVD player? By testing it that way we’d be able to rule out if the TV as an issue. It’s also possible it could be the HDMI ports could be faulty. Can you please try to connect an alternative component in the HDMI ports to see if you receive the similar issues?
