Can you please try to power cycle your TV? You’re able to do this by unplugging your TV, and all of the components you have connected to it for 5 minutes. This should resolve the issue you’re experiencing. If it doesn’t I highly recommend resetting your TV back to the manufacturer’s defaults. You’re welcome to review the owner’s manual here under the Support & Downloads tab which shares how to reset your TV.
